من خلال عملي سابقا في الصف الامامي رأيت ان الابتسامة أو التعامل الودي مع الجمهور -سواء تعامل مباشر أو من خلال الهاتف – وجدت اين استفيد منها شخصيا قبل ان تستفيد منها الشركة.
فبالابتسامة ”الغير مصطنعة“ تكسر الحواجز النفسية بين الموظف والعميل وتساعد الموظف على تهدئة اعصابه.
حتى أصبحت الان ابتسم أمام كل شخص اقابله “تقريبا” :)

ملاحظة لموظفي خدمة العملاء: تذكر دائما بأنك حين تبتسم لعميل فانك تبتسم لنفسك :)

في البدايه أحيك واتمنى لك ولفريق العمل في فيفا النجاح والاستمرار في قطف ثمار شجرتكم المثمرة(فيفا)
واتمنى منك بعض التوضيح بخصوص ادراج فيفا في السوق الكويتي أو ارباح السنة الماضية او الحالية
الى الان لم تعلنوا عن اجتماع الجمعيaة العمومية للسنة الثانية
وهل تعتقد يا أستاذ نجيب بأن سعر 300 فلس عادل للسهم وأقصد سعره في سوق الجت
عالعموم بالتاكيد بأنك شخص ذكي وناجح لأنك تقود شركة جديدة خصوصا وفي الكويت فانت مطالب بالتحي الشريف مع الشركات الاخرى
تقبلل احترامي وتقديري لك ولزملائك في فيفا خصوصا الاخت هند الناهض لأني بصراحة دائما اراه اول الحاضرين والملازمين لفيفا
